The pans of the Chef line are made of 18/10 stainless steel and have the characteristic patented Serafino Zani thermo-diffuser bottom, which allows them to be used even on Induction. The finish of the body is mirror polished, on the outside as per the intent of the pan. The handles are made from a stainless steel tube, filled with perlite (expanded lava rock, a refractory material that allows you to reduce heat and to capture any presence of moisture that could enter during washing) and fixed to the body with removable cubes.

The lids, which are common with the Vickers series, are made of heat-resistant glass and have a knob made of mirror-polished stainless steel.
